At Leyaura, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Ensure your garments are unworn and have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
